Our 2025 Garden Hot Sauce Lineup expands to 15 flavors with the addition of Baby’s On Fire! An alluring exotic sweet-tart fusion of Pomegranate and Dragonfruit transitions into the intense fruity heat of Apocalypse Scorpion peppers with Hibiscus for a rich burgundy hue!. We now have a full rainbow of flavor and heat to satisfy the heat-seekers as well as the heat-averse. Some of our sauces are referred to as “flavor sauces”. Heat Ratings: From 🌶 🌶 to 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶
We begin each season by planting hundreds of seedlings. Some Pepper seeds we save from the prior season, some are newly acquired from seed companies that are cross-breeding strains and varieties every year. This year, we planted 75 varieties overall which are all represented in the sauce recipes in quite a few different blends.
We’ve brought back all of our 4-Packs including our original Classic Guitar series, which features the art of Tim Graves. All of our labels are designed by Susie, who does an amazing job of incorporating our music-themed names with visuals that are captivating and sometimes humorous! While we have several groupings, we also offer Mix-N-Match 4-Packs that you can pick any of the 15 flavors and put them together. Our Gift Boxes make for a great presentation during the holidays!

I’ve tried seven different varieties of flavor sauce/hot sauce and really enjoy the richness and heat level of each of them. Some work well with eggs in the morning and others are perfect for fish. I am a big fan of Heart of Gold and Ruby Waves. I can’t wait to try the newest flavors and would highly recommend them for yourself or to give as presents for the Holidays or a gift for showing up to a dinner party.
This stuff is the absolute best. I’ve only ever had one hot sauce like theirs, and it became my favorite by a mile. Highly recommend!
